Text Commentsfrankieandgreg: This was very brave and I actually quite enjoyed it...Obviously the PM has another side to him, an artistic side besides being in politics...Let's all be kind and not judge a person by his public position and appreciate him as a person ... If we did that to everyone in the public eye...hummm...we would spend our days hating, disrespecting, judging everyone for their lifestyle choices... everyone has a dark side and who are we to judge!!! winston19841: DOOSH!!! tigoyo: @iamirshadhussain Cause Canadians are mofucking leftists. farouqnimer: @iamirshadhussain he's a very dry man who wanted us to go to iraq Babygodzillia: @iamirshadhussain attempting to privatize our oceans? Kevtbynumi: @iamirshadhussain his conservative policy's dont agree with eastern Canadians athiiiiest: @carlson77 dear incompetent fool. The germans also wanted their country to be the most powerful, look how that turned out. Secondly by becoming a power hungry country like you suggest we would become a more likely target to media generated terrorist attacks. Also lets say you have 20 cages and 15 people to confine, why would you build another hundred cages to cage up thin air unless you were planning on mass incarceration's of innocent people? You still have not made a single valid point.SOFU! Oswaldpyke: @carlson77 This is the direction that Stephen Harper's government is pushing our country with these prisons. If you're making money off of people, as long as they're forced to come to you, is it in your interest to help these people, or put them back out into the world once their stay has ended only for them to come right back to you for another 5 years? "For-profit" is a good business model, but a very poor moral model, and that is why I will never vote for capitalism. Oswaldpyke: @carlson77 to your comments about the building of new prisons, I think what we should do is look at the problem from a world stand point. America has a disproportionately larger amount of occurring crimes, reported and unreported, than any other country on earth. Per capita, not just because more people live there. Many experts put the blame on the prison system, which is overcrowded, and because of their for-profit nature, are encouraged to maintain that standard. Oswaldpyke: A year before this performance Harper made a comment that went "No one wants to fund arts, only to watch them throw expensive galas and waste tax money getting drunk." This is one of the things that cost him a majority government, along with the 50 million he cut from arts funding. A year later, this is his attempt to mend fences, not by an apology, or by reversing his cuts, but with a publicity stunt that did nothing to help the artist surviving on average on $23 000 a year. YossarianTheMeerkat: This is the man who cut 50 000 000 from the Arts budget, and here he is expressing himself artistically...and enjoying the fuck out of himself. What a smug little piece of shit. I hope he chokes. gauts99: Not bad. I've heard much worse. Felldoh462: Harper is the best PM in a generation, and a decent musician to boot. carlson77: @athiiiiest ALSO i would now like to attack the two issues you brought up in regards to the summit and prisons. Firstly, if you dont want our Country to take a leadership role on the world stage on not be an irrelevent middle power state, than thats fine. For the rest of us who want to see our country excell, we think otherwise. Secondly, the building of new prisons. Yes Canada's crime rate is declining. Does this mean that NO crimes are being committed? carlson77: @athiiiiest Ok so you compared him to Hitler and then in the statement after you insinuated that the future holds somethings similar, theres really no difference. You are comparing the Prime Minister of Canada to Hitler, just say though out loud to you, yourself, can hear how rediculous that sounds. athiiiiest: @carlson77 Dear fucking conservative payroll idiot. In my comment there was clearly a period after I said harper learned a lot from hitler. Maybe you should go back to elementary school and immerse yourself in the vast expanse that grade one has to offer. Yes, I referred to him as a weasel. This is called a simile, you may have heard of it. Also I would like to point out that you did not support your argument in anyway. Whereas I provided 2 very specific forms of support (g20, new prisons)FUCKU ampface2003: why isnt he singing "real" canadian music... something good. like niclkeback! im never going to vote again. infact im going to go slit my wrists carlson77: @athiiiiest And then you say this, “Harper learned from Hitler that fear is the future of this world”. I cant even begin to understand what it is you are referring to. Perhaps you can clarify. Also, while you sit at your moms computer and type a response, I would appreciate if you gave me clear, well articulated examples of whatever it is you are accusing Harper of doing. Thanks. Douche. carlson77: @athiiiiest ALSO! . Its hysterical to me, he does ONE thing like this and you call it a propaganda event. Its clear you have no idea what you’re talking about. Secondly, and lastly, the rest of your comments are more rhetorical then the rhetoric and manipulation you accuse Harper of using. You refer to him as a “weasel”, which, in actuality, means absolutely nothing except for the fact that you can’t think of anything remotely intelligent to say. carlson77: You have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about do you? Well, perhaps I can “enlighten” you in hopes that you never say something so fucking stupid again. Firstly, propaganda event? The ENTIRE reason Harper doesn’t resonate with the media and douchebags like you is because he isnt plastering his face over everything like every other politician. He isn’t seen in the streets saving puppy dogs. He is a modest Prime Minister that has no interest in entertaining little fucks like you. athiiiiest: @ztisdale ahahahaa ! umm g20? larger prisons being built for unreported (non-existent crimes).. how are you so fucking stupid! tracey1xu: aug. 23 2010, hi, prime minister harper, i'm chun-nu "tracey" xu, my son's zhen-guo "david" cao, living 200 wellsley st.
